The Producer

The Danche washing station, situated in Chelbesa, Gedeo, at 2000-2300 meters above sea level is owned by SNAP This station has organic certification and acquires cherries from 400 skilled farmers renowned for their high yields, thanks to the fertile soil and efficient farming methods they employ. The resulting cherries showcase prominent stone fruit flavors, a well-rounded body, and delightful jam undertones. 

The Lot

This Welisho and Kurume lot undergoes a natural process where the cherries are handpicked and pulped using an Agaarde Discpulper. After grading by density, a 72-hour wet fermentation follows, with subsequent washing and selection of higher-quality beans. Soaked in clean water for 2 hours and dried over 10 days, this meticulous process yields superior coffee with well-developed flavors.
