A coffee with a chocolate and tropical fruit fragrance. Very fresh in the mouth, with a well-integrated acidity of citrus fruits such as orange and naranjilla, and an unctuous and very sweet body with notes of chocolate, cocoa and agave syrup.

Roaster's story:

This batch of coffee is produced by 15 women from Huila, Colombia, members of Asobombo, with organic certification and focused on high quality specialty coffees.

They invest in farm and infrastructure improvements and seek to learn new processing techniques. In Pitalito, farms are larger than in other regions, most with 3-5 hectares. Most families in Pitalito migrated from Nariño in search of fertile and affordable land.

In addition to coffee, they grow sugar cane, processed in mills built by Asobombo. Women pick ripe red cherries and process them on their farms, fermenting them for 12-36 hours in tanks. The parchment is then washed and dried on parabolic beds, canopies or patios, with raking for even drying.

    • We ship whole beans, no grinding service yet
    • While kickstarting, we only ship within the Baltics
    • Orders made before 15:00 (3 pm) on a business day are shipped the same day.
    • Once the order is shipped, you receive the tracking code to the email you've entered during the order.

    Returns

    • Coffee beans and paper filters are not the subject of returns according to the law (it's kinda a food product).
    • Please make sure, you have read and agree with our terms and conditions before placing your order.
    • Order may be cancelled / refunded in case it hasn't been shipped yet. So if you made a mistake in your order, please reach us via email or contact form straight away with your order number.
