The roaster's story:

Sebastian has earned a reputation as one of Colombia’s foremost specialty coffee producers. He is set on having complete control of all variables like temperature, PH, and even the dominant yeasts and bacterias within a given fermentation. The sky is certainly the limit at El Placer!

DELIVERY

  • Free delivery at 30 EUR per order
  • Below 30 EUR:
    • Estonia: 3 EUR
  • Ship via Omniva parcel locks
    • We ship whole beans, no grinding service yet
    • While kickstarting, we only ship within the Baltics
    • Orders made before 15:00 (3 pm) on a business day are shipped the same day.
    • Once the order is shipped, you receive the tracking code to the email you've entered during the order.

    Returns

    • Coffee beans and paper filters are not the subject of returns according to the law (it's kinda a food product).
    • Please make sure, you have read and agree with our terms and conditions before placing your order.
    • Order may be cancelled / refunded in case it hasn't been shipped yet. So if you made a mistake in your order, please reach us via email or contact form straight away with your order number.
